Fellowship Training:

Dr Rathod Medical Foundation also encourages and supports regular fellowship programs and provides a stipend for young doctors who want to learn and further train in the field of Gastroenterology and Endoscopy. This fellowship is for a minimum period of 1 year wherein during the doctor’s training period, he is provided accommodation with basic perks in terms of his well being is funded by the foundation.

Hands on Training Courses:

The foundation is also involved actively in funding regular weekend Basic to Advanced Endoscopy Training Courses to all aspiring Gastroenterologist, Endoscopist, Surgeons and Physicians in collaboration with Endosocpy Asia.

Countinued Medical Education:

Dr Rathod Medical Foundation along with Endoscopy Asia also conducts regular CME (Continued Medical Education) for Family Physicians and General Practitioners to update them on the latest technologies in diagnosis and treatment protocols available in Gastroenterology & Endoscopy.

Live Webinar:

The foundation jointly with Endoscopy Asia has taken Endoscopy education and training to the next level. It has taken the responsibility of conducting regular live webinars from Endoscopy Asia to India and across the world. This is to update and highlight the latest techniques and protocols in Gastroenterology and Endoscopy and to encourage young doctors to take on this specialty in order to give timely diagnosis and treatment.

Research:

Dr Rathod Medical Foundation has been seriously conducting various clinical studies, research and trials in various types of cancers of the gastrointestinal tract and especially with a special interest in pancreatic cancers which by and large go undiagnosed. Dr Rathod Medical Foundation supports Endoscopy Asia to keep up with the latest techniques and newer technologies available in the world in Gastrointestinal healthcare. A timely diagnosis can certainly save a life!
